Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JorMemo (jormemo.com) and its apps and extensions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

JorMemo is a spaced-repetition learning tool. It reads what you save, drafts cards from it, and brings those cards back for review on a schedule. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and you must verify your email address to use the parts that cost money. Keep your password and your connector tokens private — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, do not use it to store or distribute unlawful content, and do not use it in a way that infringes someone else’s rights.

Your content

The sources and cards you save are yours. To run the service, you grant us the permission needed to store and process that content on your behalf — including sending a passage to a large-language-model provider so the agent can draft cards from it. We do not claim ownership of your content, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment providers, LemonSqueezy and SePay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do from your account or the provider’s billing portal. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable; if something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will look into it.

Our intellectual property

The JorMemo software, name, and branding belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not any right to our code, trademarks, or design.

Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduling and captured content will always be exactly what you expect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, JorMemo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or its users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
